The dreamy ambience of “Fiona” occupies the first side, and showcases Stranger Cat’s powerful and expressive pipes through pop gestures and baroque ideas that are wrapped with wonder and awe.
The backside belongs to “Nighty Night Now”, where moody keys and a mysterious backdrop complement the soulful strings, agile drumming and sublime, engaging vocals.
