Crim

5/5 Stars
Originally released in Spain and known there for penning the best punk rock album years ago, those of us on this side of The Atlantic can finally enjoy the timeless fist pumping anthems and harmonic tunes of Crim. Though nothing here is in English, the fiery rhythm section (think Hot Water Music and Leatherface), driving guitar work with occasional solos, and ultra gruff vocals are immediately identifiable as classic regardless of language.
A band that encompasses all the best elements of Oi!, melodic punk, old school punk and even some metallic moments, it's an album with an endless amount of power, energy, heart and conviction. Imagine Off With Their Heads on prozac- yes, it's that good.
